What Are The Guardian’s Duties?

The guardian’s duties depend upon the guardianship that is involved. There are three different types of guardianships that can be involved. One of them is guardian advocate, or there’s plenary guardianship, or guardian of a person, or guardian of a property. A guardian’s duties can be designing what residential setting is best for a minor, or for an incapacitated adult. Another thing a guardian might do, is decide on what investments to put the money into, and to make sure that it may be a diversified portfolio, instead of a risky investment.
